BEATBOXING 12 ROUND BOXING: A fitness class created by boxer, kickboxing instructor and former police officer, Malaki Abdul-Malik. Using his knowledge, training and experience, this beatboxing class is a fun and challenging workout that builds self-confidence and stamina while burning calories. In this class, the instructor will meet the class members at their current fitness level and will propel them to meet their fitness goals.
ZUMBA: This Latin American dance workout is high energy and lots of fun. You will learn easy to follow dance combinations that will work every part of your body. There are moves that will challenge your body. YOGA:This class focuses on the Yoga discipline that utilizes postures and breathing techniques.
